How do I place an order with a credit card? We use PayPal checkout on our website. Credit cards are accepted when completing PayPal checkout.
Do you accept credit cards directly? We accept credit cards through PayPal checkout when you are ordering online. At the moment we only take credit card payments online.
How long will my order take to ship? We ship out all orders within 48 hours after receiving payment.
What is the cost for shipping? Shipping cost is listed in the shopping cart during the checkout process. It ranges from $6 to $8. It will cover all shipping and handling charges.
Yes we do. There is no extra charge for international orders. Shipping cost in the shopping cart will cover all shipping costs.
Our main carrier is USPS (Priority Mail 3-5 day). If it is requested we can use UPS, FedEx or DHL. If you want faster delivery service, contact us before ordering. International orders are made through USPS.
How do I purchase a multi-grill set? Every time you click "add to cart," your item is included in your cart. Select "continue shopping" to continue shopping and add more items. Click on "view cart" to view all your selected items and to complete checkout.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy? All sales are final, but we always try to work out problems. If your chrome grill kit is missing some contents we will replace it free of charge. Exchanges are acceptable.
Do you have a grill for my vehicle? If you don't see your vehicle on our site, please contact us and we may manufacture a chrome grill for your vehicle.
Our chrome grill insert kits consists of chrome grill bars which fit over your existing grill. This is an addition to your existing grill, not an entire replacement grill.
Will I have to modify my factory grill to install this kit? Absolutely not! Our chrome grill inserts fit right over your factory grill.
It is easy. It takes only about 15-20 minutes depending on which vehicle you have. Only minor trimming of the chrome insert is necessary on some vehicles.
What kind of material are your chrome grills made of? Each one of our chrome inserts are made out of durable ABS plastic.
Will the chrome grill inserts fade or chip? Our chrome grill inserts are very durable and will resist chipping, tarnishing, and fading.
How do the chrome inserts secure to my vehicle? Each chrome insert is backed with extra strong 3M adhesive which resists all weather conditions.
Can I remove them after installation? Absolutely. The chrome inserts can be removed safely without damaging your factory grill in any way.
